The training can be:

​

  • by yourself in your own time and gym/home eg remote coaching.

  • with a trainer one to one in the gym

  • with a trainer one to one over Zoom etc

  • or a mix of the above

We generally recommend remote coaching for most people due to the lower cost and greater availability.

We will discuss which of the above options is best for your goals during your application.
